Sandy Springs

Welcome to Sandy Springs

Bordering Atlanta to the south and other excellent cities all around, Sandy Springs is home to a collection of neighborhoods offering both city and suburban living, depending on your preference. With tree-lined streets, a border along the Chattahoochee River, and many green spaces as well as city amenities, Sandy Springs is perfect for young professionals and families.

After the United States government held many land-lotteries in the early 1800s, American pioneers came to live in what would become Sandy Springs, with some of their houses still standing today. Resisting incorporation until the 21st century, Sandy Springs is home to a deep, fascinating history and inviting community that is proud of its city.

After finally being incorporated in 2005, Sandy Springs renewed their efforts to create the best possible city for its residents. Full of many award-winning architects designing new homes as well as striking styles like Colonial, Cabin, Prairie, and even Japanese-inspired homes complete with strong lines and an emphasis on nature can be found within Sandy Springs.
