Johns Creek

Welcome to Johns Creek

Perched in Northeastern Fulton County, Johns Creek is only 27 miles from downtown Atlanta. Bounded by other neighborhoods like Alpharetta to the northwest, Suwanee to the east, and Duluth, Berkeley Lake, and Peachtree Corners to the south, Johns Creek is perfectly poised to offer residents a thriving central location and a fun-filled, high-end lifestyle.

Defined by trading posts dotted up and down the Chattahoochee River, the Johns Creek area was once disconnected settlements comprised of pioneer families striking out on their own. By the mid-1800s, however, the trading posts developed into a flourishing oasis of business, and high-class tourists — Andrew Jackson would regularly stay here on his journeys south. It wasn’t until 1981 that Johns Creek was officially given its name by the people behind the master-planned, mixed-use community of Johns Creek.

Today, as the tenth-largest city in Georgia, Johns Creek is a shining neighborhood promoting community, education, and unparalleled quality of life.
